STAR Program
Student Teacher Assistant and Role Model
We are so excited to introduce our new STAR Program — Student, Teacher Assistant, and Role Model Program!
The STAR Program is designed for dedicated students who are ready to take the next step in their journey by becoming leaders within our studio. This program gives students the opportunity to work alongside our instructors, assist younger students, and learn what it takes to be a positive leader and role model.
Being a STAR. is about more than simply helping in a class. It is an opportunity to learn, lead, serve, and inspire.
STAR students will assist instructors in designated classes, help younger dancers feel comfortable and confident, demonstrate exercises and choreography, encourage students, and help create a positive classroom environment. They will learn firsthand what happens behind the scenes of a successful class while gaining valuable experience from our teaching staff.
